What is Home Staging?
Staging is fundamentally Interior Redesign but for a different purpose, selling your home.  Staging helps your home stand out from the competition.  It helps prepare your home for the market by accentuating its natural selling-points and by enhancing its visual appeal for potential buyers.

Can Decor Designs actually save me money? 
YES!  For our Redesign clients, we can use your existing furniture, artwork and accessories to create the designer look you've wanted while eliminating the need for costly new purchases.  And our staged homes statistically generate higher selling prices and spend less time on the market, saving our clients time, aggravation and money.

Do you use all the items that are currently in a room?
Not necessarily.  As we discuss your redesign, we will determine which items you absolutely want to stay and which items may be removed (if needed) to achieve the most desirable arrangement.

Do I have a say-so in the redesign?
Absolutely! We will complete an interview prior to beginning any redesign. The interview helps us determine the who, what, when, & hows we need to know about you to make sure that the redesign reflects who you are, highlights what's important to you and showcases your unique style.

Are you Insured?
YES!  Although we are extremely careful during all our redesigns and take added steps to protect your belongings, the occasional accident can happen.  We carry full liability insurance to protect you and your belongings.

What if I don't like it when you're done?
Our professionals are trained and certified in the art of interior redesign.  While change can be difficult, we ask that you live with your newly designed space for a few weeks before making your decision.  We find that most of our clients grow to love the new space when they've had time to see how much better it functions and feels.

What are your rates?
Every space has its own unique set of challenges and obstacles to overcome in order to achieve a cohesive and functional look. We carefully customize our service(s) to have the biggest impact on your space and the least impact on your checkbook.

Ok, so you charge hourly!  How long does a typical Redesign take?
Good Question!  We work carefully and efficiently to give you the designer look you've always wanted.  Our experience shows that an average-sized family or living room with a typical amount of furnishings and accessories will require 3-4 hours for our decorating professionals to complete from beginning to end.
